【摘要】 目的:探讨瘦素及其受体在家兔下颌下腺和胃的分布和意义。方法:免疫组织化学SABC法。结果:兔下颌下腺的纹状管和小叶间导管上皮细胞呈瘦素及其受体免疫反应阳性,阳性物质分布在胞质,细胞核为阴性反应。胃底腺壁细胞亦呈瘦素及其受体免疫反应阳性,细胞核为阴性反应。结论:家兔下颌下腺和胃底腺壁细胞中有瘦素及其受体的表达,提示瘦素可能参与下颌下腺和胃分泌活动的调节。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the location and distribution of leptin and leptin receptor in submandibular gland and stomach of rabbit.Methods: Submandibular gland and stomach from rabbits were observed by immunohistochemical SABC staining.Results: The striated duct and interlobular duct demonstrated evidently positive,but the acini were negative.The positive substance was distributed in the cytoplasm with negative nuclei.The parietal cells of gastric gland presented with leptin and leptin receptor positive immunoreactivity.Conclusion:Leptin and leptin receptor were widely expressed in submandibular gland and stomach of rabbit,which suggests that submandibular gland and gastric gland might be regulated by follicle stimulating leptin through leptin receptor.更多还原
