基于资源网络技术的集团并购战略定位
Strategic Orientation of Group Amalgamation Based on Resource Network Technology
【摘要】 论述了企业集团是基于成员企业间的资源扩散而构成的资源网络系统,提出了以整个网络系统利益为导向的并购战略定位,以促进企业集团这一独特资源的价值的充分发挥。
【Abstract】 The paper discusses that enterprise group is a resource network system formed by resource diffusion among member enterprises and puts forward an amalgamation strategic orientation guided by the interests of the whole network system.
