【摘要】 实验室研究了超声波对工业纯铝凝固组织的影响,找出了超声波影响金属铸锭凝固组织的一般规律,并将其应用的到工业中试验。研究表明,超声波处理明显改善工业纯铝的凝固组织,细化了晶粒,但是在工业试验中实验室所用设备功率并不能满足现场要求,试验效果不明显,需要根据现场条件改用大型超声波设备来实现晶粒的细化。更多还原
