纳米聚合硫酸铁的制备、表征及应用研究
Study on preparation,characterization and application of nano-sized polyferric sulfate coagulant
【摘要】 以硫酸亚铁为原料,水热法合成了一种新型的无机絮凝剂——纳米聚合硫酸铁(PFS)。运用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)等仪器对制得的纳米聚合硫酸铁进行了表征。讨论了聚合硫酸铁的絮凝机理以及产品的分子形态。考察了制备的影响因素。为了检测样品的絮凝性能,选用传统的絮凝剂普通聚合硫酸铁、聚丙烯酰胺和聚合氯化铝分别对长江水样作对比实验。实验结果表明,在各自的最佳絮凝条件下,纳米聚合硫酸铁的CODC r去除率和浊度去除率分别为81.5%和90.7%,比传统的絮凝剂具有更好的絮凝性能。
【Abstract】 Nano-sized polyferric sulfate(PFS),a new kind of inorganic coagulant,was prepared through the hydrothermal method with ferrous sulfate as the raw material.The prepared nano-sized PFS was characterized by FT-IR,XRD,SEM and TEM etc..The coagulation mechanism and molecular conformation of PFS were discussed and the influencing factors of preparation of PFS was investigated in the paper.In order to test the coagulating performances of nano-sized PFS,traditional coagulants i.e.ordinary PFS,polyacrylamide(PAM) and polyaluminium chloride(PAC)were selected to do the comparison tests on the water sample of the Changjiang River.Experimental results showed that under each optimum condition of the four coagulants,the removal rates of CODCr and turbidity of nano-sized PFS were 81.5% and 90.7% respectively.The performances of nano-sized PFS are consistently superior to those of the traditional ones.
