铬渣作矿化剂制备水泥应用研究
Research on application of chromium residue as cement mineralizer
【摘要】 铬盐生产的铬渣排放量大,毒性剧烈,是严重污染生态环境和危害人类健康的危险废物。介绍了铬渣作水泥矿化剂的解毒原理和工艺处理过程,从理论和实践两个方面阐述了铬渣作水泥矿化剂的可行性。研究对比了掺加铬渣前后水泥制品、"三废"排放和装置消耗的各项性能指标,得出了铬渣作水泥矿化剂的最佳掺加量。结果表明,控制铬渣掺加质量为水泥总质量的2%以内,水泥制品的各项性能指标均符合相关标准要求,且能降低能耗,所排放的污染物能达到排放标准。
【Abstract】 Chromium residue,largely discharged from the chromium salts production,is one of the most hazardous residues,which can seriously pollute ecological environment and endanger people′s health.In this paper, the detoxication mechanism and technological process of utilization of chromium residue as cement mineralizer were introduced.The feasibility of chromium residue as cement mineralizer was proved theoretically and practically.Each performance index of cement products,three-waste drainage and plant consumption was compared before and after adding the chromium residue.The optimum adding amount was obtained and the results showed that when the amount of chromium residue was controlled within 2% of the total weight of the cement,not only the quality of the cement could meet the standard,but also the energy consumption was reduced and the exhausted pollutants could meet the discharge standard.
