高纯氧化镁生产新工艺
New production process of high-purity magnesium oxide
【摘要】 为了综合利用运城盐湖的卤水资源,以碳酸氢钠为原料与卤水进行反应生产高纯氧化镁,同时副产无水硫酸钠和氯化钠。工艺条件为:反应温度60~65℃,反应物Mg2+质量分数约3.3%,NaHCO3溶液质量分数约14%,加料速度约20 L/m in,反应时间1 h,洗水量为氧化镁质量的50倍。生产的高纯氧化镁纯度达99%以上,反应后的母液经过蒸发,所得产品不经洗涤,无水硫酸钠纯度可达98%,氯化钠纯度可达97%,这样的卤水每15 m3可生产1 t氧化镁,副产无水硫酸钠2.2 t、氯化钠1.6 t。
【Abstract】 In order to utilize the bittern resources in Yuncheng salt lake,a new process for production of high-purity magnesium oxide was developed.This process used sodium bicarbonate as raw material to react with bittern and by-produced anhydrous sodium sulfate and sodium chloride at the same time.The process conditions were:reaction temperature was 60~65 ℃;the mass fraction of reactant Mg2+ was about 3.3%;mass fraction of NaHCO3 solution was about 14%;feeding speed was about 20 L/min;reaction time was 1 h;the quantity of washing water was 50 times of the weight of MgO.The produced high-purity MgO can reach more than 99% in purity.After reaction,the mother liquid was vaporized and the purity of obtained anhydrous sodium sulfate can be up to 98% and NaCl can be up to 97% without washing.Every 15 m3 of such bittern can produce 1 t MgO and by-produce 2.2 t anhydrous sodium sulfate and 1.6 t sodium chloride.
