超声水解法制备单分散二氧化硅微球
Synthesis of monodisperse silica micro-spheres by sonochemical hydrolysis method
【摘要】 在10℃下以5 g/min的加料速度,通过超声水解法,以氨催化水解醇介质中的正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)制备得到了300 nm的单分散二氧化硅光滑圆球。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)分别对样品的结构及形貌尺寸进行了表征和分析。结果表明:不同的超声水解时间得到不同粒径、不同粒度分布、不同分散程度和不同水解程度的无定形二氧化硅微球;随着时间的增加,二氧化硅微球的粒径先减小后增大,分散情况逐渐改善,形貌呈球形—非球形—球形变化;超声水解4 h制备的单分散微球质量最好。
【Abstract】 The monodisperse silica micro-spheres(300 nm) were synthesized from TEOS in the alcohol medium(ammonia catalysis hydrolysis) at 10 ℃ with the feeding velocity of 5 g/min by sonochemical hydrolysis method.The structure,morphology and size of prepared samples were characterized and analyzed by FT-IR,XRD and SEM.The results showed that the amorphous silica micro-spheres with different size,different size distribution,different dispersity and different hydrolysis degree can be obtained through adjusting the sonochemical hydrolysis time.With the increase of sonochemical hydrolysis time,the size of silica micro-spheres was decreased first and then increased,the aggregation degree of silica spheres showed a tendency of decrease,the morphology of the spheres changed as:′spherically-nonspherically-spherically′.The quality of monodisperse silica micro-spheres synthesized by sonochemical hydrolysis method for 4 h is the best.
