激光粒度仪在超细白炭黑粒度分析中的应用
Application of laser grainsize analyzer in particle size analysis of superfine white carbon black
【摘要】 利用Malvan Nano-ZS90激光粒度分析仪对超细白炭黑粉体进行粒度测定研究,主要考察了分散剂的种类和质量浓度、样品的分散时间和质量浓度、分散体系的稳定时间,以及粉体材料的折射率和吸收率等因素。确定了超细白炭黑粉体粒度测试的最基本工作条件,即含固相质量浓度在0.05~1.00 g/L的水体系,加入0.1~0.3 g/L十二烷基苯磺酸钠、六偏磷酸钠或羧甲基纤维素分散剂,用超声波细胞粉碎机超声600 s。该检测体系具有好的重现性和稳定性。
【Abstract】 The research has been made on the determination of particle size of the superfine white carbon black by Malvan Nano-ZS90 laser grainsize analyzer.The determination factors,such as the dispersant′s species and mass concentration,sample′s dispersion time and mass concentration,the stabilization time of dispersion system and powder′s refractive index and absorptive rate etc.were reviewed.The most essential working conditions for the grainsize determination of superfine white carbon black were confirmed,i.e.add 0.1~0.3 g/L SDBS,sodium hexametaphosphate(SHMP) or carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) dispersant into the 0.05~1.00 g/L solid phase aqueous solution system and use ultrasonic wave cell grinder to disperse for 600 s.The detection system has excellent reproducibility and stability.
