ARM在珍珠岩生产过程中温度控制的应用
Design of ARM Temperature Control System of in the Perlite Productive Process
【摘要】 介绍了基于ARM嵌入式处理器S3C44B0X在珍珠岩膨胀炉温度控制系统中的应用,分析了系统的硬件构成、温度控制策略和软件设计方法。采用PID增量控制算法进行闭环控制,提高了控制精度及反应时间,保证了珍珠岩的产品质量。
【Abstract】 Has made an introduction of embedded processor S3C44B0X based on ARM in the perlite expanded furnace temperature-controlled system application, analysed the construct of hardware system, the temperature controlling strategies and the design method of software. PID increment controlling strategies has been adopted in the closed loop control system, controlling precision and the reaction time was increased, and the product quality of perlite was guaranteed.
