【Abstract】 The Output-Capacitance (Stray capacitance) COSS of a MOSFET is non-linear and it influences the oscillating harmonic component in an oscillator. The non-linearity of COSS leads to the variation of oscillating harmonic component in different operating states. The effect on variation of oscillating harmonic component generated by the non-linearity of COSS at different dc voltage and output voltage is numerically analyzed with Matlab. The experimental results show good agreement with the numerical analysis.更多还原
