轴承内外套圈自动检测与分级设备的研究
Automatic examination and grading system of bearing inner and outer rings
【摘要】 基于全新的v型块三点圆度解析测量法及labview软件平台,设计了一种在线式轴承内外套圈自动检测与分级设备。该设备采用最新的激光位移式传感器,实现了非接触高精度测量。
【Abstract】 We have designed an automatic device of examination and grading system of bearing inner and outer rings based on a new analytical method for V-block three-point method and labview. This device use a new linear laser micro-displacement non-contact measurement sensor and can measure roundness of cylindrical workpiece with high precision.
