基于LABVIEW的动平衡测试系统设计
Design of camshaft testing system for dynamic balance based on labview
【摘要】 随着计算机技术的飞速发展,虚拟仪器在自动测试及自动化领域起着越来越重要的角色。本文的动平衡测试系统采用LabView软件及其数据采集卡NI DAQ-6221,实现对凸轮轴转速的精确控制和其振动信号的实时采集与动态性能的分析。系统主要有PC机,数据采集卡NI DAQ-6221,单向交流调压模块,电涡流位移(转速)传感器和凸轮轴动特性试验平台组成。充分利用Labview的强大计算分析功能和虚拟仪器过程控制技术(实现带通滤波器,PID控制及参数整定)使整个控制系统具有优良的控制精度和稳定性。系统利用Labview平台编程,具有研制周期短,开发成本低,性能可靠,界面友好,易于功能扩展等优点。
【Abstract】 With the development of computer technology,Virtual Instrument (VI) is playing a very important role in measurement,test and automation. In this paper,a dynamic balance testing system which includes PC,DAQ Card (PCI-6221) board,voltage regulating modulation ,and Position and velocity sensors,is presented. We take advantage of the computing and analyzing function of Labview and technology (band-pass filter,the incremental PID control and parameter adjustment) of process control to realize the real-time data acquisition and analyses of vibrating signals and the accurate control of speed of camshaft. The accuracy and stability of the whole control system has been proved satisfactory. The system software has been developed by Labview,which offers the system a lot of merits,such as friendly user interface,high development cost,short development period,and flexible functional-extension,etc.
