电解Fenton氧化法处理皂素制药废水的研究
Study on Treating Saponin Wastewater by Electrolysis-Fenton Oxidation
【摘要】 采用电Fenton絮凝氧化法对皂素制药典型废水进行降解,确定了反应的最佳条件:电源电压3.2 V,电流密度0.032 A/cm2,电解时间3.0 h,初水稀释回流比1∶4,pH=3.0,COD去除率为72%,为工业处理此类废水提供了理论依据.
【Abstract】 The degradation of the saponin wastewater was carried out by electricity-Fenton method.The optimal detection conditions were found out as follows: pH 3.0;Voltage 3.2 V;electricity density 0.032 A/cm2;electrolysis time 3.0 h;original circumfluence ratio 1∶4;the removed COD 72%;so as to provide a sound theoretical basis for engineering treatment.
