【Abstract】 Our land expropriation legislation rules and regulations mainly manifest themselves as corresponding stipulations on legal essentials of land expropriation in "Constitution","Land Administration Law" and "Real Right Law".Since the land expropriation legislation has deficiencies on stipulations of legislative pattern and of expropriation essentials,deliberation should be given to it.Therefore,restructuring the land expropriation legislation requires both adoption of the centralized legislative pattern,and perfection of legal essentials of the land expropriation.更多还原
