矿物掺和料与高效减水剂对浆体流变性的影响

【摘要】 采用净浆流动度与NXS-11A型旋转粘度计对掺有矿物掺和料、聚羧酸高效减水剂的水泥浆体进行塑性粘度、屈服剪切应力试验,结果随着FAⅠ、矿粉掺量的增加,水泥浆体的流动性变好,塑性粘度、屈服剪切应力均减小,且浆体的流动度经时损失得到显著地改善。

【Abstract】 Plastic viscosity and shear yield stress experiment towards cement paste that admixing mineral admixtures and polycarboxylate superplasticizer were carried out by fluidity of cement grout and NXS-11A viscometer.The results showed that with the increase of FAⅠand slag powder replacement,rheological performance of cement paste was improved,plastic viscosity and shear yield stress were diminished,and the elapsed paste fluidity was improved obviously.
