模拟中央空调系统设备光催化分解VOCs的影响
Photocatalytic Degradation of Volatile Organic Compounds on the Simulate HVAC
【摘要】 半导体空调设备通常是以引入大量的外气维持适度的含氧量与降低污染物浓度,此一方式将导致空调负荷增加与耗能。本研究模拟中央空调系统的室内环境,在风管回风口处安装紫外光/二氧化钛(UV/TiO2)反应器,探讨以美国冷冻空调协会技术手册标准订定的冬天与夏天温度和湿度为主要操作参数,对于光催化分解挥发性有机物(VOCs)的影响,所选择的污染物为甲苯气体,仿真浓度为(300—400)×10-6。结果显示,甲苯温度效应(22℃、24℃和26℃)对光催化转化速率,经过120 min的光分解测试后,可将模拟实验室内气体浓度降至原甲苯气体浓度的20%,但残余浓度高达60×10-6;湿度效应(40%、50%和60%RH)对光催化甲苯转化速率,则仅在高温及高湿条件略为增加,因甲苯和水在触媒表面的竞争也会吸附甲苯气体;而在紫外线照射下会生成较甲苯气体更难分解,二次产物在本研究中并未检测。
【Abstract】 Air-conditioning equipment of the semiconductor manufacturing induced large volume of external air to maintain appropriate oxygen content,as well as reduced the concentration of pollutants,which caused the increase of the loading of air-conditioning and energy-saving.The research mainly used the heating,ventilating and air-conditioning(HVAC) system,to simulate the environment with indoor air quality.The TiO2 photocatalytic reactor was carried out in a return-air of the HVAC,the design standards of ASHRAE’s indoor air-conditioner for winter and summer were taken as the reference.The pollutant chosen was gaseous for the toluene,the concentration was(300—400)×10-6,to study the effects of photocatalytic degradation of VOCs.The experimental results showed the temperature(22 ℃,24 ℃ & 26 ℃) effect of the toluene on the photocatalytic degradation efficiency.When toluene was exposed to UV irradiation for 60 minutes,the gaseous concentration can be reduced to 20% of the original concentration,but the remaining concentration was up to 60×10-6.The relation humidity(40%,50% & 60%RH),increased slightly only in the high temperature and high wet condition,because toluene and competition on the catalyst surface of water will absorb the toluene gas.The intermediate generated from the photodegradation of toluene had not measured in this research under the UV irradiation.
