高效降解苯酚和苯胺菌株的选育
Selection of High Efficient Strain in Degradation of Phenol and Aniline
【摘要】 从污水中通过选择性富集和驯化培养,分离得到两株分别以苯酚、苯胺为惟一碳源的菌株.经初步鉴定这两种菌株均为假单胞杆菌属(Pseudomonas sp.).通过对两菌株在不同温度、pH值以及相应苯酚、苯胺底物浓度下的生长和降解情况的研究,确定了最佳降解苯酚、苯胺的工艺条件为pH 7.0,温度30℃,好氧.当苯酚、苯胺底物浓度不超过1 000 mg/L时,两菌株对其去除率可达到95%以上.
【Abstract】 Strains utilizing phenol and aniline as the sole carbon source were isolated from sewage by selectively screening,acclimatizing and separating,respectively,both of which were elementarily identified as Pseudomonas sp.The optimum degradation condition of both bacteria was studied: pH was 7.0,fine oxygen,and temperature was 30 ℃.When the concentration of substrates was below 1 000 mg/L,the removal rate of substrates was over 95%.
