SPCD钢热轧板板面条带状缺陷分析

【摘要】 采用电子探针对3个批号的SPCD钢热轧板条带状缺陷进行分析,发现这些缺陷都与大量的外来物有关。黑色条带状缺陷中外来物主要为镁铝尖晶石和黄长石,并有少量钙钛矿,来源于钢包渣;灰色条带状缺陷中外来物主要为氧化镁,并含少量黄长石,来源于渣线镁碳砖耐火材料;不规则条带状缺陷中外来物主要为氧化铝,含少量氧化锆,来源于注钢下水口。

【Abstract】 By EPMA examination and analysis on three groups of SPCD hot rolled steel plate it is found that those strip defects are closely related to existence of quite a lot of the foreign inclusions.The foreign inclusions in the black strip defects mainly consist of melilite,MgAl2O4 spinel and trace of the perovskite resulting from ladle slag.Inclusions in the gray strip defects consist of MgO and trace melilite,which result from MgO-C refractory in slag line.Inclusions in the irregular strip defects consist of Al2O3 and trace ZrO2,which result from bottom nozzle.
