燃烧合成铁掺杂TiO2纳米晶的染料敏化光催化性能
Photosensitized Degradation Activity of Dye by Fe-doped TiO2 Nanocrystals Synthesize via Gas Combustion Flames
【摘要】 采用气相扩散火焰燃烧合成铁掺杂TiO2纳米晶,研究了铁掺杂TiO2纳米晶在可见光辐照下降解罗丹明B的活性,探讨了可见光染料敏化光催化机理.Fe3+掺杂可显著提高TiO2纳米晶的可见光催化活性,Fe3+最佳掺杂摩尔分数为0.12%.经过铁掺杂改性后,Fe3+的3d电子也可被可见光激发引发光催化反应,从而促进整个染料敏化光催化降解过程.
【Abstract】 Fe3+doped TiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized by diffusion flame method.The activity of Fe-TiO2 nanoparticles on the photodegradation of RhB was investigated under visible light irradi- ation.And the photosensitized degradation mechanism was elaborated to demonstrate the improved photocatalytic activity of Fe-doped TiO2 nanoparticles.The best of photocatalytic activity of 0.12mol% Fe3+doped TiO2 nanoparticles are attributed to the charge-transfer transition from 3d orbital of Fe3+to the conduction band of TiO2 under visible light irradiation,which can lead to effectively photocatalytic reaction.
