基于DSP的行波型超声波电动机控制系统研究
Research on Control System of Ultrasonic Motor Based on DSP
【摘要】 介绍了行波型超声波电动机的原理和控制特点,分析了3种控制策略:变频控制、变幅控制和变相控制。针对其中变频控制策略,提出了基于数字信号处理器(DSP)TMS320LF240的控制方法,给出试验电路。实验结果表明:该方法简单可靠、性能稳定、调速范围宽。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the principle and the control characteristic of ultrasonic motor.Analyzing three control strategies,they are adjusting the frequency of driving signal,adjusting the range of driving signal and adjusting the phase of driving signal.The control method based on DSP TMS320LF240 is given according to frequency conversion including its testing circuit.The result of this experiment shows that this method is simple,reliable and has a wide range of timing.
