混合励磁无刷爪极电机磁场三维有限元分析

【摘要】 提出了一种新结构混合励磁无刷爪极电机。电机的磁场由爪极极面上永磁片、爪极极间永磁片和无刷爪极转子上的电励磁绕组三部分共同建立。采用三维有限元方法对所提出的一台六对极新结构混合励磁无刷爪极电机样机的空载磁场进行了分析,给出了三维有限元分析模型,计算了不同励磁电流时的电机气隙以及铁心中的磁场分布,给出了不同电励磁电流时气隙和转子的磁场分布图。由此证明了通过电励磁电流的调节可方便地改变电机气隙磁密。

【Abstract】 In this paper a hybrid excitation brushless claw-pole motor is developed to fulfill the special requirements for industrial application,such as high power density,high efficiency,high starting torque and wide operation range.The motor has magnetic fields contributed by both permanent magnet and excitation field winding on brushless claw-pole rotor.The no-load magnetic field of a six-pair poles hybrid excitation brushless claw-pole motor is numerically analyzed by 3-dimensional finite element method.The magnetic field distributions in the airgap and rotor of the motor under different DC field currents are visually shown.It is also illustrated that the motor’s airgap flux density can be easily changed by adjusting the field winding current.In addition,based on the calculation results of 3 dimensional magnetic field of motor,the proper design of the motor has also been analyzed.
