镁合金半固态触变成形用非枝晶组织坯料制备的研究进展
Research and Development of Non-dendritic Structure Slurry Producing for Semi-solid ThixoForming of Magnesium Alloys
【摘要】 非枝晶组织坯料的制备对于镁合金半固态触变成形技术的开发具有非常重要的作用。综述了镁合金半固态触变成形用非枝晶组织坯料制备的研究进展,尤其非枝晶组织坯料的制备方法、变形特性和触变压铸成形工艺等方面的研究概况,指出了目前在研究中还存在的问题,并对今后的发展方向进行了展望。
【Abstract】 The producing of the non-dendritic structure slurry is thought to be very important for the development of the semi-solid thixoforming technology of magnesium alloys. In this paper, the research and development of the non-dendritic structure slurry producing for the semi-solid thixoforming of magnesium alloys, were reviewed, especially the producing methods, deforming characteric and thixo-dieing casting forming processes for the non-dendritic structure slurry, and existent problems and development directions about the non-dendritic structure slurry producing were also pointed out.
