【摘要】 通过提出模具标准件库的建库思想,利用Visual Basic结合Access数据库对Solidworks软件进行二次开发,实现了挤压铸造模具标准件库系统的创建,设计者在设计窗口中,只要单击"导入参数"按钮,相应的标准件参数就会从数据库中传递过来,并在接口的MSFlexgrid列表框中显示。如果输入的尺寸参数不符合要求时,会有错误提示,当所有尺寸参数都确定以后,即可完成零件图的绘制。实践证明,该系统避免了设计中重复繁冗的建模工作,缩短了挤压铸造模具开发周期。更多还原

【Abstract】 A standard-part library of squeeze-casting die was established by using Visual Basic and Access to fulfill the further development on Solidworks,after putting forward the main ideal of how to establish it.This standard-part library system was used in the mold design of a electromotor shell,which avoided the complicated molding process and shortened the periods of design.更多还原
