挤压铸造模具标准件库的研究与实现
Development of Standard Parts Library of Squeezing Casting Die
【摘要】 分析了模具标准件库开发的基本思想,基于"尺寸驱动"的参数化建模方法,以Solid Works为开发平台,VisualBasic为开发工具,使用Access数据库对挤压铸造模具标准件的所有数据进行管理,实现了标准件库系统的创建。在设计过程中可以通过简单的参数输入,达到标准件直接调用的目的。实践证明,该系统避免了设计中复杂的建模工作,缩短了挤压铸造模具开发周期,具有较强的应用价值。
【Abstract】 The basic idea of developing standard-part library was described.Based on the dimension driven parametric modeling method,a standard-part library of squeezing casting die was developed with Solidworks as developing platform,Visual Basic as developing tool and Access database as tool of managing all data of squeezing casting standard parts.The standard parts could be called directly through a simple parameter’s input in the design process.Practice has verified that the system,which has s strong practical significance,is successful in avoiding work cumbersome and shortening the developing period of squeezing casting mould.
