5052合金铸锭半连续铸造工艺的研究
5052 Alloy Ingot in Semi-continuous Casting
【摘要】 研究了结晶器与铸锭表面摩擦力大小、冷却水压强度对铸锭质量的影响。采用偏振光金相技术观察了两种不同工艺条件下生产的5052合金铸锭亚表层组织形貌,并采用扫描电镜能谱分析了偏析瘤区域成分。结果表明,通过打磨结晶器、浇注时在结晶器壁加润滑油以及增大冷却水压强度可以有效防止由于拉裂产生的漏铝现象;增大冷却水压强度至0.20 MPa可以明显抑制铸锭表面偏析瘤的形成。
【Abstract】 The effects of the friction force between crystalline and surface of the ingot, cooling water pressure on the quality of the 5052 alloy ingot have been examined. The microstructure of the subsurface under different processing was observed by a polarized light microscope, and the chemical compositions of the segregation area were detected by EDAX. The results indicate that the liquid aluminum breakout can be effectively eliminated by polishing crystalline, applying lubricant oil on the crystalline wall and increasing cooling water pressure during pouring. In addition, the surface macro-segregation can be obviously restrained by increasing the cooling pressure up to 0.20 MPa.
