【摘要】 目前中国的旅行社行业不论在规模上还是在质量上,较以往都有一定提高,但同时也存在一些问题,甚至有些问题日趋严重。究其原因,除行业及企业方面之外,主要还是管理制度方面的原因。旅行社管理制度建设滞后,不适应社会经济发展的客观状况和规律,缺乏制度创新,制约甚至扭曲了行业和企业的发展。政府的当然职责,应是建设科学合理的符合客观实际规律的管理制度,尽可能减少不必要不合理的行政审批许可,改"严进宽出"为"宽进严出",把主要精力放在监督管理上,主动引导旅行社行业(企业)规范健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 While the travel agency is developing both on scale and service quality,some problems are becoming serious.Except for the problems in this industry or corporation,the main reason for it is management system such as sluggish system construction,unsuited change to the social economy development and lack of system innovation.The government should take responsibility for it and enact a updated management system,take out the unnecessary administration processes,strengthen monitoring and management to guide the healthy development of travel agencies.更多还原
