大学生健身主观幸福感的差异性及影响因素

【摘要】 以湖北省4所大学4个年级的1 000名在校大学生为被试者,采用自编的《大学生健身主观幸福感测量表》进行研究。结果表明:(1)大学生健身主观幸福感总体水平较高,且存在学校类型、年级的显著差异,重点大学学生健身主观幸福感更高;二年级、四年级学生健身主观幸福感最低。(2)影响大学生健身主观幸福感的直接因素是健身的体验、技能、情境、期望,且呈正相关,其影响程度从大到小依次为:体验、技能、情境、期望。(3)影响因子可以有效地解释和预测大学生健身主观幸福感变化。

【Abstract】 The authors carried out the study by basing their testees on 1000 on-campus college students in four classes and using the Form of Measurement of Subjective Sense of Fitness Happiness of College Students they made,and revealed the following findings:1)the overall level of subjective sense of fitness happiness of college students is relatively high,whereas there is a significant difference in terms of type of college and class – the level of subjective sense of fitness happiness of college students in major universities is higher,while that of sophomore and senior students is the lowest;2)direct factors that affect subjective sense of fitness happiness of college students are fitness experience,fitness skill,fitness emotion and fitness expectation in the decreasing order of affecting de-gree,and are positively correlative with subjective sense of fitness happiness of college students;3)the affecting factors can effectively explain and predict the occurrence and change of subjective sense of fitness happiness of college students.
