【摘要】 当前农民工体育责任主体的缺失和在城市社会生活中处于弱势地位是造成他们体育权利缺失的两个重要因素。提出"一族两策"的措施,即开展职工体育和社区体育;制定与完善维护农民工体育权利的法律措施;加强农民工体育意识、技能等培养,引导农民工融入单位和城市社区人群等,以此明确农民工体育权利的责任主体,进而改变当前农民工的弱势地位。更多还原

【Abstract】 Whereas the deficiency of sports responsibility subject and disadvantageous status in urban social life with respect to peasant workers today are two major factors in the deficiency of their sports rights,the author put forward the "one nation two policies" measure,i.e.develop employee sport and communication sport,establish and perfect legal measures to protect the sports rights of peasant workers,strengthen the cultivation of sports awareness and skills of peasant workers,and guide peasant workers to blend in companies and urban community groups,so as to clarify the responsibility subject of sports rights of peasant workers,thus to change the disadvantageous status of peasant workers today.更多还原
