用于太阳电池的SiO2增透膜的制备及性能研究
SOL-GEL DERIVED SiO2 ANTIREFLECTIVE FILM USED IN SOLAR CELLS
【摘要】 用溶胶-凝胶及酸碱两步催化法制备出SiO2溶胶,采用提拉法在太阳电池组件玻璃上制备SiO2薄膜,进行表面修饰使其具有良好的疏水性,接触角由修饰前的40°提高到107°。设计并制备出在400~800nm波段平均透过率增加5%以上的大面积减反射膜。疏水性耐磨性都可以达到工业化生产的要求。
【Abstract】 The SiO2 antireflective coatings were dip-coated on solar cell subassembly glass by sol-gel method with TEOS as precursor and ammonia,hydrochloric acid as catalyst.After surface modification,the hydrophobicity of the film is im- proved and the contact angle is changed from 40°to 107°.Large area of antireflective coatings were designed and pre- pared,the average transmittance between 400nm and 800nm is increased by more than 5%.The hydrophobicity and the scratch-resistant property of the film can meet the demands of industrialization.
