【摘要】 为了解福建省游泳裁判员队伍现状,完善裁判队伍建设,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法等研究方法,对裁判员年龄分布、学历结构、运动经历等基本情况进行了调查与分析。研究表明:福建省游泳裁判员年龄结构逐步趋于合理,老龄化问题得到改善;裁判员学历层次明显提高;裁判员执裁年限集中在10年以上;目前游泳裁判员业务水平有待提高。建议加强裁判员队伍的领导与管理,建立裁判员工作档案,完善综合评价体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 To understand the status quo of swimming referees in Fujian Province and to consummate the construction of referee team,the paper,by means of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,investigates and analyzes the referees’ age,education and experiences.The results indicate: the age distribution has become more reasonable step by step,and the aging problem is changing for the better;their education has greatly improved;most referees have a refereeing experience of over 10 years;at present the quality of swimming referees needs to be improved.The paper suggests enhancing the guidance and management of swimming referees,establishing a file for their work,and consummating the comprehensive evaluation system.更多还原
