【摘要】 运用文献资料法、逻辑推理法、调查访问法等研究方法,对晋江地域文化的成因与民营企业篮球运动的关系进行了研究。结果表明:晋江民营企业篮球运动是在其独特的地域文化本身所蕴含的地理环境、人文环境及历史发展条件下形成和发展的;也是特定地理背景下社会经济发展的产物;并成为企业发展的"文化基因";不仅对企业文化建设与经济发展起到巨大的促进作用;而且也推动了篮球运动向多层次、多形式、产业化、社会化和市场化方向发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the method of literature,logic inference and survey,this paper presents a study of the relationship between Jinjiang regional culture and basketball sport in private enterprises there.The results show that basketball sport in Jinjiang private enterprises was formed and developed under Jinjiang’s geographic circumstance,human circumstance and historical development,which are contained in its unique regional culture.It was also the result of social and economic development.It has become the "culture gene" of enterprises’ development and may greatly urge the enterprise culture construction and economic development.At the same time,it pushes basketball development towards the direction of multi-level,multi-form,socialization and commercialization.更多还原
