【摘要】 平等的民事法律关系、纵向的行政法律关系和市场经济管理的经济法律关系是体育赛事市场主要的三种法律关系,其中,民事法律关系处于基础地位,而合同在民事法律关系中处于核心地位。讨论了体育赛事的合同类型及其存在的法律问题,提出重视律师实务是解决合同法律问题、营造体育赛事和谐法治环境的重要途径,必须加快体育赛事与律师实务的结合,创设律师参与体育法律服务的平台,加快实现体育行业律师专业化的步伐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Civil law relationship,administrative law relationship and economic law relationship are the most important law relationship in the sports market. Among those law relationships,civil law relationship is the fundamental,and the contract law relationship plays the core part. Through analyzing the types and the law problems of the sports contract,it is concluded that the lawyer practice is the main way to solve these law problems of sports contract. It is necessary to promote the connection of the sports market and lawyer practice,to make chance for layer working for sports market and to speed the course of the professional sports lawyers.更多还原
