【摘要】 通过对河北省大学体协所属的27所高职院校的女生参加课外体育活动现状的调查分析发现,大部分女生对参加课外体育锻炼有兴趣,健身娱乐、缓解紧张与疲劳是她们参加体育锻炼的主要目的,70%左右的女生能够不同程度地参加课外锻炼,但参加课外体育锻炼的人数、次数和时间明显不足,场地器材短缺、锻炼氛围不佳等外在因素成为制约高职院校女生参加课外体育锻炼的主要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper makes a survey on the present situation of girl students’ participation in extracurricular P.E.activities in higher vocational colleges in Hebei Province.According to the survey,about 70% girl students have participated in ethe xercise training after class at various levels.Most girl students are intenested in the exercises and also enjoy the activites.They relax themselves in the training.But the external fsctors such as the insufficient grounds and equipments and the undesirable atmosphene have still restricted their participation in extracurricular P.E.activites.更多还原
