【摘要】 "体教结合"作为一种全新的培养理念和体制已经在上海各级中小学逐步实施起来。占上海市中小学生总数1/3的农民工子女应该成为一个重要的竞技体育后备人才潜在的资源库。通过对上海市民工子女参加竞技体育训练的现状的调查,包括农民工子女参加训练的意向、家庭的经济情况、学校的师资和训练条件以及相关政策的调查,为鼓励上海市农民工子女参加竞技体育业余训练提供对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a completely new cultivation concept and system,integration of sports and education has been executed in Shanghai middle and elementary schools.Children of the migrant workers,who account for one third of the total middle and elementary school students in Shanghai,should be regarded as important sport reserves resources.Through the investigation on the status quo of the competitive sports training of the children of Shanghai migrant workers,including the children’s intention of participating in training,their family financial Conditions,teaching faculty and training conditions and the relative policies, the paper provides the ways to encourage the children of Shanghai migrant workers to participate in amateur competitive sports training.更多还原
