【摘要】 通过对长江三角洲地区的体育学科硕士研究生就业状况的调查,得出长三角地区的研究生就业意识增强,对就业前景的评价严峻,就业趋于理性,但期望值较高,研究生不愿到西部、中小城市以及基层工作,造成大城市和经济发达地区的人才需求与供给矛盾。建议加强研究生的思想教育,摆正国家、集体和个人的利益关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the investigation of the current employment of the graduate students of sport major in the Yangzi River Delta,the paper indicates that they have strong and rational employment consciousness but they only want to work in the big cities and economic developed areas rather than in the western part in China,middle and small sized cities and grass roots.It is necessary to strengthen the ethic education and have the appropriate idea about the relationship between the benefits of the country,the group and the individuals.更多还原
