含硫代聚脲结构的聚硫密封胶的合成与性能
Synthesis and properties of polysulfide sealant containing thio-urea
【摘要】 利用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯扩链液体聚硫橡胶,合成了巯基封端的含硫代聚脲结构的液体聚硫橡胶,测定了其巯基含量、粘度及红外光谱的变化,并用该液体聚硫橡胶制备了密封胶。应力-应变、粘合强度测试及热重分析表明,随着硫代聚脲含量的增加,密封胶的抗张强度和粘合强度得到提高,而其热稳定性几乎未发生变化。
【Abstract】 A series of modified polysulfide with thio-urea content were synthesized by reacting liquid polysulfide with isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI). The -SH content,viscosity and IR spectra of oligomer were characterized. Polysulfide sealant was made by modified polysulfide,curing agent and suitable fillers. The mechanical and thermal properties of cured elastomers were investigated using stress-strain analysis,adhesive strength testing and TGA. The results revealed that with the increase in thio-urea content of polysulfide,the tensile strength and adhesive strength increased effectively while the thermal stability and ultimate elongation remained.
