【摘要】 目的回顾分析Aquarius血液净化系统临床应用常见报警原因,并针对原因及时、正确地处理报警故障,确保治疗顺利进行。方法总结我科2006年4月至2007年8月,应用A-quarius危重症血液净化系统治疗重症急慢性肾功能衰竭(acute and chronic renal failure,ARF)和多脏器功能障碍综合征(multiple organ dysfunction,MODS)患者996例次,共治疗13130小时,在治疗的过程中出现报警的原因,分析Aquarius血液净化系统的特点、使用方法及处理常见报警原因。结果152例次患者在使用Aquarius危重症血液净化系统进行连续性肾脏替代治疗(continuousrenal replacement therapy,CRRT)时出现报警故障,140例经过原因分析,及时消除报警故障,12例寻求工程师维修。结论及时、正确处理Aquarius血液净化系统的报警故障,可保证CRRT的顺利进行,延长透析器及管道的使用时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Make a retrospective analysis to the alarm causes happened in Aquarius heamofiltration machine, and correctly deal with the trouble in time so as to ensure the success of the treatment. Methods 996 case-times have been treated in patients with severe acute and chronic renal failure and multiple organ dysfunction by Aquarius, and the treatment time is 13130 h in total from April 2006 to August 2007 in our department. To summarize the alarm causes during these courses can help us to get information about the Aquarius, including the machine characteristics, operational procedure and how to solve the alarms or failures. Results Alarms happened in 152 case-times when used the Aquarius in continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), and 140 of which could be solved by analyzing the causes, and 12 instances must be maintained by engineers. Conclusion Make a correct analysis and deal with the alarms in Aquarius in time can improve the quality of the CRRT, and prolong the serving time of the dialyzer and access.更多还原
