【摘要】 目的探讨双J导管在上尿路手术中的应用。方法采用双J导管作内支架和内引流治疗肾盂、输尿管连接部狭窄成形术,多发性肾结石取石术,体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)等手术病人386例。结果所有病例手术置管顺利,术后14~49天拔除导管,无1例漏尿及感染。结论双J导管具有内支架和内引流的双重作用,并发症少,缩短了住院时间,使用安全,疗效可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the application of the double J tubes to the upper-urinary surgery.Methods: 386 cases were treated by the double J tubes as inner-stent and inner-elicitation because of the stricture at the pontes of ureter and pyelo,poly-kidney stone,ESWL and so on.Results: The tubeswere tubes in all the patients successfully and drawn out 14～49 days later,none of them was infected or had urine leak.Conclusion: Double J tubes have double functions of inner-stent and inner-elicitation with few complication and short days of hospitalization,which can be used safely and have reliable curative effect.更多还原
