【摘要】 结合政府网站的特点,采用网上特尔菲法进行专家调查以确定政府网站评价的各项指标,并利用基于指数标度的层次分析法确定各项指标的权重,从而构建科学、合理的政府网站评价指标体系。在此基础上,选择若干中文政府网站作为评价对象:进行实证分析。结合本次评价研究的结果和政府网站的发展趋势,为政府网站的建设提供若干建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper aims at building up an evaluation criteria system for Chinese e-government websites by qualitative and quantitative methods. According to the features of e-government websites,it tries to establish a set of scientific and rational evaluation criteria systems for Chinese e-government websites by Delphi Method on the web,and by calculating the weights of these evaluation criteria with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) based on exponential scale. It also selects several Chinese e-government websites as the subjects,using the same method to do an empirical analysis based on this criteria system. Lastly,combining the research results with the development trend of government websites,it provides some advices for the construction of government websites.更多还原
