【摘要】 以瑞安市开展农村"书架子工程"建设为例,阐述农村"书架子工程"是事关广大农村精神文化建设、提高农民素质的民心工程,是我市建设文化大市过程中不可缺少的组成部分,在加强两个文明建设和科技兴农中具有重要的作用。进而分析由于思想重视不够、重建轻管措施不力、乡镇图书馆利用率低下及建设经费投入严重不足等方面的问题,以致农村"书架子工程"未能得到很好的推进和发展。同时提出,当前应争取领导重视,加强乡镇图书馆建设,开展丰富多彩的农民读书活动,加大建设的投入力度。推进农村"书架子工程"建设,推进文化大市建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the construction of "Book frame project"’ in rural area of Ruian as an example, this article expounds that the "Book frame project" is the people’s project to advance the construction of spirit and culture in rural areas and to promote the peasants’ quality. Being an indispensable part in the process of building big culture city, it plays an important role in strengthening the material and ethical progress and invigorating agriculture by applying science and technology. For the lack of ideology, the inefficient measure of rebuilding the light tube, the low utility ratio of village and town library and the deficient building funds, ?°book frame project?± in the rural area fails to get the very good propulsion and development. At the same time, the article suggests that we, at present, should strive to get the attention of the leaders, to strengthen the building of rural libraries, to conduct colorful peasant book-reading activities, to increase the input of construction strengthening the construction of "Book frame project" in rural area and promoting the construction of big cultural city更多还原
