窄间隙特殊扣套管的使用性能分析
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS FOR CASINGS WITH SPECIAL SMALL-CLEARANCE THREADS
【摘要】 窄间隙套管可有效增大固井间隙,有利于套管的下入和水泥封固质量的提高,具有重要的用途。为此,以一种窄间隙特殊扣套管WSP-1T-SC为例,介绍了该种套管的结构特点,通过全尺寸试验对这种套管的使用性能进行了研究和评价,并借助有限元法对试验结果进行了分析。试验和分析结果表明,这种套管由于采用了不同于API接头的结构形式,因而具有良好的气密封性能和较高的抗内压强度,可以用于天然气井、高压油井的开采,但存在连接效率低的缺点,同时抗内压强度也难以达到管体强度,在选用时应特别注意。
【Abstract】 Small-clearance casing, playing an important role in cementing, can enlarge the effective cementing clearance, facilitate the casing running-in, and improve the cement bond quality. The WSP-1T-SC casing is taken as an example to introduce the features of this kind of casing, and its operation performance is studied and evaluated by full-scale test. The test results are analyzed by the FEM method. The test and analysis results show that this casing has adopted structural features different from the API joints, with high gas-tight performance and high resistance to internal pressure, and can be used for production in natural gas wells and high-pressure oil wells. However it has disadvantages of low connection efficiency and not enough resistance to internal pressure as the casing body. Sufficient cares should be taken when making decisions.
