缸筒内径对油气弹簧速度特性的影响分析
Analyzing Influence of Inner Diameter to Hydro-Pneumatic Spring Velocity Performance
【摘要】 对节流缝隙、节流缝隙增量进行了研究,对油气弹簧的阻尼力与压力差之间、速度与压力差、节流缝隙与缝隙增量之间和压力差与缝隙增量之间的关系进行了探讨,并建立了缝隙增量与速度间的关系方程。通过实例,利用该方程对油气弹簧的速度特性以及缸筒内径对油气弹簧速度特性的影响进行了分析,建立了缸筒内径对油气弹簧特性的影响变化率系数,并对设计的油气弹簧进行了特性试验。
【Abstract】 The paper researched the throttle aperture and throttle aperture increment of Hydro-pneumatic spring throttle slice,discussed the relation of damping force and pressure deviation,velocity and pressure deviation,throttle aperture and throttle aperture increment,pressure deviation and throttle aperture increment of Hydro-pneumatic spring,built the relation equation between throttle aperture increment and velocity.Researched the inner diameter influence to Hydro-pneumatic spring velocity performance through this equation.Established the variety ratio which was Hydro-pneumatic spring damping force following the inner diameter.At last,the test was conducted for the desgined Hydro-pneumatic spring.
