钢坯防氧化涂料中高温喷涂用无机复合粘结剂的研制
Inorganic Binder Used In Oxidation Resistance Coatings for High Temperature Steel Slab
【摘要】 通过添加三聚磷酸铝和调整pH值制备了一种新型的钢坯高温防氧化涂料用磷酸铝系无机复合粘结剂,分别用TG-DTA、SEM和XRD对无机复合粘结剂进行了热性能测试和结构形貌表征。结果表明,无机复合粘结剂的耐高温性能好,高温交联网状结构复杂,三聚磷酸铝在低温体系中起到了一定的固化剂作用,提高了防氧化涂料粘结剂的高温粘结作用。与涂料的结合应用实验表明,添加4%的无机复合粘结剂有利于涂料在高温基体上的喷涂和附着,提高了涂料的高温防氧化效果。
【Abstract】 A new kind of inorganic binder was prepared by use of polyphosphoric aluminum and adjusting the pH value of system,which can be used for high temperature oxidation resistant coatings.The TG-DTA、SEM and XRD were used to show the thermal stability and the characteristics of this binder.The result indicates that the binder has better heat-resistance and is suitable to be used in the oxidation resistance coatings because of its good heat resistance,complex cross-linked structure,and curing performance of polyphosphoric aluminum.Incorporation of 4% of the binder in coatings will provide good adhesion on high temperatare substretes and prevent from the oxidation of the steel slab.
