离心空气分级机中操作条件对分离粒径的影响
Influence of Operation Conditions of Centrifugal Air Classifier on Separated Particle Size
【摘要】 研究了离心空气分级机中操作条件对分离粒径的影响。并探讨离心空气分级机中分离粒径的一般求解方法,总结了各种方法的特点和不足。并在此基础上结合实验研究,提出了新的分离粒径求解方法及一定范围内适用的求解公式。为离心空气分级机在工程中的实际应用提供了可靠的依据与保障。
【Abstract】 The target of this paper is to study the influence of operation conditions on separated particle size.By discussing the common solution of separated particle size in centrifugal air classifies,the article has summerized features and the shortage of each solution,and concluded a new solution of separated particle size and the equation in certain conditions with experiments.It provides reliable rule and assurance for the usage of centrifugal air classifier in practice.
