清肺注射液不同配伍体外对流感病毒增殖的影响

【摘要】 [目的]观察复方清肺注射液经正交设计确定的16组不同配伍制剂对流感病毒亚甲型鼠肺适应株[A/FM/1/47(H1N1)]增殖的影响。[方法]采用结晶紫染色法观察清肺注射液16组不同配伍制剂对流感病毒FM1株的体外抑制作用,同时以利巴韦林和双黄连粉针为阳性对照药。[结果]清肺注射液的16种不同制剂中第9、13、14、15和16组制剂对流感病毒FM1株具有综合抑制作用,能阻止病毒吸附于狗肾细胞株(MDCK),具有直接杀病毒作用,且具有抑制细胞内病毒复制的作用。制剂1无抗病毒作用,制剂2~制剂4不能直接杀病毒,其余各组制剂仅在高浓度(2-1~2-2)时抑制病毒。[结论]清肺注射液的第9、13、14、15和16组制剂具有明确的抗流感病毒作用。

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe the effect of sixteen groups of different compatibility of Qing-fei(clearing away lung-heat) injection on proliferation of influenza virus (A/FM/1/47 H1N1) obtained by orthogonal design method. [Methods] The inhibitory effect of different drug-added ways of sixteen groups of compatibility of Qing-fei injection against influenza virus FM1 strain in vitro was observed by crystal violet staining method. The Ribavirin and Shuanghuanglian Power were used as controls.[Results] The Group of nine,thirteen,fourteen and sixteen compatibility of Qingfei injection showed a direct killing effect on the virus and inhibitory effect against adsorption of the virus and inhibitory effect on its proliferation inside MDCK. Group of one compatibility showed no ant-virus effect,Group of two,three and four couldn’t kill virus directly,the others had inhibitory effect on the virus at high concentration(2-1~2-2).[Conclusions] Group of nine,thirteen,fourteen,fifteen and sixteen compatibilities has obvious effect against influenza virus FM1 strain in vitro.
