【摘要】 目的:探讨125I粒子置入+姑息性手术治疗晚期胰腺癌的疗效。方法:对43例晚期胰腺癌患者行胰腺肿瘤125I粒子置入+姑息性手术,每3个月进行血生化、超声和X线检查,随访肿瘤的转移和复发。结果:43例患者顺利通过手术,肿物缩小和疼痛减轻,生活质量提高。术后随访,2例于手术后6个月死亡,生存患者中最长时间25个月。结论:125I粒子置入+姑息性手术治疗晚期胰腺癌是简单、安全、有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To assess the clinical effect of 125I interstitial brachytherapy for terminal carcinoma of pancreas.Methods:Forty-three patients with terminal carcinoma of pancreas under went radical resection combined with 125I intraoperating implantation.Blood biochemistry Ultrasonography and X ray were performed to observe recurrence and metastasis of tumor per three months.Results:All cases were rehabilitated shorlly after operation,tumers discordantly was minished and pain was easeded the patients’quantity of life increases,in the 43 patients,2 died of tumer recurrence in six months and others survived with the longest time of 25 months.Conclusion:125I interstitial brachytherapy combinated radical resection for terminal Carcinoma of pancreas is simple,safe and effective.更多还原
