【摘要】 目的:建立清肺抑火片含量测定的高效液相色谱法。方法:选用Diamonsil(TM)钻石C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱;检测波长为238nm;流速为1.0ml/min;结果:栀子苷在0.10~5.0μg的范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.998 7,平均回收率为99.02%(n=5),RSD为0.12%;黄芩苷在0.10~5.0μg的范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为98.93%(n=5),RSD为0.40%;大黄素在0.010~0.50μg的范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 0,平均回收率为97.61%(n=5),RSD为0.46%。结论:本方法重复性好,定量准确,便于全面控制该制剂的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To established an HPLC method for determination of three components in Qingfei Yihuo tablets.METHODS A Diamonsil(TM)C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used with methanol-0.05 mol/L KH2PO4-0.1% H3PO4 as mobile phase for gradient elution;flow rate 1.0 ml/min;detection wavelength 238 nm.RESULTS There was a good linear relationship when Geniposide concentration ranged between 0.10～5.0 μg(r= 0.998 7);the average recovery was 99.02%(n = 5);RSD =0.12%.The good linear relationship for Baicalin and Emodin was 0.10～5.0 μg(r= 0.999 9) and 0.010～0.50 μg(r= 0.999 0) respectively,and the average recovery were 98.93%(n= 5,RSD =0.40%) and 97.61%(n= 5,RSD=0.46%) accordingly.CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate.It could be sued for quality control of Qingfei Yihuo tablets.更多还原
