【摘要】 采用文献资料法、调查研究法、录像观察法和数理统计法,对参加第39届世界体操锦标赛女子平衡木决赛的8名运动员的成套动作进行研究。结果发现:运用高难动作的技巧串(二连接或三连接)是获得难度价值分的主要形式,使用无连接价值的低难度连接来增加或弥补成套动作完成的类型.能增强全套动作的节奏感和观赏性,而完成动作的质量和稳定性将是优秀选手亟待解决的首要问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the methods of literature review,investigation,video observation and statistics,this paper studied the arrangement features and new trends of the whole set movements in world women’s balance beam from the 39th World Gymnastics Championship.We found that main form of the arrangement of balance beam was the completion of highly difficult"sole movement".A new trend in arrangement of the whole set women’s balance beam movements was to use low difficult connection of no value to increase or remedy classification of movement and to enhance movements’rhythm sense and appreciation. But the quality and stability of completion will be the first problem to excellent athletes to solve immediately.更多还原
