中美高校高水平运动队管理模式比较研究
The Comparative Research on the Manage Style between China and America
【摘要】 在高校体育运动队的管理上,中美之间有很大的差异,具体表现在运动队的管理体制、竞赛管理体制和运动员管理体制等方面。我国建设体育运动队可以借鉴国外经验,培养自己的体育运动队。
【Abstract】 There are many differences in the management of sport team in high schools between China and America,which are embodies in the management system of sport team,management system of race and management system of athletes.When we build the sport team,we could learn and share the experience of management system in America.
