【摘要】 通过对天津农科院及下属各研究所的项目管理流程分析,参照国内外的项目管理信息化方法和院所的具体情况,采用PowerBuilder9.0技术语音,开发出"基于C/S结构的农业科研机构项目管理系统"1.0版本。该系统实现项目主管部门和项目承担单位之间通过上传和下发进行信息对接,建立了包括项目立项、结题验收、成果管理、科技人员管理、论文著作、发明专利等方面的系统化管理,提高项目管理和服务水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The management system of agricultural scientific research institution project is demand of agricultural scientific organization to improve the management level and efficiency.After analyzing the project management process of Tianjin Academy of Agriculture Science and its affiliated institutes,considering the project management information methods adopted home and abroad and our reality,we have developed "a C/S based management system of agricultural scientific research institution project"(version 1.0) by using PowerBuilder 9.0 program.This system makes it possible for communication between responsible department and project unit by information transmission.Systematic management was established including project proposal,check and accept,production and scientific staff management,thesis writing and invention patent;the level in both project management and service and the work efficiency were boosted.更多还原
